Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcelforce with tracking and drop-off with a signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Additional postage costs may apply to Postcodes not on England Mainland.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are made at the discretion of The UK Casting Company, to the payment method shown on the purchase receipt. In the case that your order has been despatched and you have received your item but have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. 


In this case please contact The UK Casting Company where you will be advised on the return process. Any goods to be returned must be in saleable condition, and unopened. If you have contacted us for a return, we must receive the item within 14 days. Items that are returned within this period, unopened and in fully saleable condition are eligible for a full refund of original product costs.


The buyer must cover the cost of return postage charges and is responsible for keeping proof of postage. Using a recorded delivery service is recommended for the buyer’s protection. The buyer has the duty of reasonable care when returning goods to ensure they are repackaged well and will arrive in a re-saleable condition. If a discounted item is returned for a refund, the price charged on the customer’s invoice will be processed.


All items pass a thorough quality check before despatch, to ensure satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, please notify The UK Casting Company so we can raise a claim with our courier, and arrange replacements where necessary. The UK Casting Company may ask for digital photographs of your item so they can understand any damage/fault/defect.
